Following our recent campaign on Facebook we received some really worthwhile nominations for a new web site for a charity organisation. The decision wasn’t easy but we did settle on offering adogslife.ie a new look to their site and we are now working with them to find out what exactly they want and how we can achieve it.
Keep checking back and we’ll post progress updates for everyone.
We are all aware of the slow demise of businesses on the high street, and the continual growth and expansion of the bigger businesses on the internet; but what about the smaller business that wants to get in on the act and start selling online, or the homeworker who is making a few products for craft shows for example.
The expense of going all out and investing in a full e commerce system is daunting for most businesses, even with ourselves a system would normally start at around £2500, offering a customised system, custom design, domain name, hosting etc
So what if there was an alternative? A real cost effective alternative that would even give bigger businesses the chance to “test the water” before going all out and investing in something more substantial.
Well, now there is! Take a walk down PixelHighStreet.com
We are developing a virtual high street, open to ANY business that wants to sell online; it is NOT a central store for you to sell your goods and we take a cut – the “shops” on PixelHighStreet are individual, real e-commerce shops, you have FULL control over them, you get the revenue, not us.
We are offering one lucky organisation the opportunity to have their site worked on for free upto the value of £2000
All you need to do is nominate them. Simply follow us on Facebook, like the status message, share it and comment on it. When we reach 150 likes on our page we will read all the nominations and the most worthy in our opinion will be contacted and we’ll start work.
So get liming and sharing folks. Lets give that charity, group or organisation a lift.
Cafe Couture were approached Coni Marketing with regards to developing their online presence and in conjunction with them Pixel House Design was tasked with the site redesign and we are currently working on that at the moment.
We are currently reviewing and updating www.campsiekartingcentre.co.uk’s site. The site is built on the Joomla CMS and we are bringing it bang uptodate and adapting the existing template to be mobile compatible – called a responsive template.
If you have a Joomla site which needs updated and/or converted to be more user friendly why not give Pixel House Design a call and let us help you move forward.
